Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using OutSystems, including OutSystems 11 and ODC.
- Use .NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware to build scalable solutions and integrations.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical support for project-specific customer inquiries.
- Own technical issues through resolution, including SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security in accordance with OutSystems best practices and client policies.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare statistical reports and present progress updates in weekly and monthly client meetings.
- Stay current with OutSystems features, low-code trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; the posting also lists a minimum diploma requirement.
- At least 3 years of software development experience with OutSystems, including OutSystems 11 and ODC.
- Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Lifetime, ODC Studio, and ODC Portal.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, RESTful APIs, relational databases, SQL, and database design.
- Understanding of OutSystems application security, user roles, and permission models.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, client-facing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- OutSystems Associate Developer or Associate Traditional Web Developer certification is preferred, along with Tech Lead, Architecture Specialist, or specialist-level certifications.
- Preferred experience includes public-sector or compliance-driven environments, Agile projects, CI/CD pipelines, .NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, system integration, migration, workflow automation, RPA tools, and leadership of complex software projects.
