Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end journey for engineers and platform teams using Flox.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create integrations, demos, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during pilot evaluations to ensure team success.
- Build and sustain an inclusive community across various professional platforms.
- Host workshops and meetups to connect users with Flox engineers.
- Forge partnerships with developer tools to integrate Flox into existing products.
- Represent Flox at conferences and publish educational content.
- Build marketing systems and automations to streamline ongoing work.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Developer Relations, software engineering, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong technical ability in building demos and integrations using languages like Go, Python, or Rust.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
- Deep understanding of software delivery, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- High self-direction and accountability in managing priorities.
