Base Salary
$62k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement infrastructure and cybersecurity controls, including enhanced detection, vulnerability, and event-correlation capabilities.
- Perform risk and vulnerability assessments across network, system, and application environments.
- Use big data analytics and traditional security events to identify advanced threats and indicators of compromise.
- Assess security threats and implement infrastructure controls using the Risk Management Framework.
- Develop security policies, evaluate assessment documentation, and create written security risks, mitigations, and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot complex customer challenges and communicate security concepts to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management.
- Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor cybersecurity measures to strengthen cyber defenses and maintain resilient networks.
- Lead client tasks and deliverables from inception through completion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with IT systems for a DoD or government agency.
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework, security controls or policies, compliance, and vulnerability analysis or remediation.
- Knowledge of operating systems, platforms, and technologies including Windows, Linux, cloud, and virtualization.
- Knowledge of eMASS and security package workflows.
- Secret clearance is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- DoD 8140 Certification is required.
- Preferred experience includes ACAS, STIG, Evaluate-STIG, DevOps or DevSecOps security integration, cybersecurity automation, network engineering, firewalls, web proxies, intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, penetration tools, and incident response.
- Preferred qualifications include experience meeting cybersecurity schedule, performance, and quality metrics across systems development and acquisition lifecycles.
- TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics, and an OS Certification are preferred.

- The projected annualized compensation range is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 USD.
