Base Salary
$158k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance trajectory optimization algorithms for low-speed scenarios.
- Design and implement constraint-aware optimization.
- Refactor and scale planning stack architecture for maintainability.
- Optimize CPU usage and explore parallel/GPU acceleration opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve real-world issues related to motion planning.
- Validate solutions using simulation and vehicle logs.
- Evaluate and prototype new planning approaches.
- Drive technical discussions and share insights across teams.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Robotics, Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of software development experience in autonomous driving or robotics.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and understanding of software engineering principles.
- Proven track record of delivering ADAS/AD features through the full production lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with software integration on embedded platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable production-grade systems.
