Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and implementation lifecycle.
- Set and implement development standards and best practices for software quality and delivery.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions affecting teams and projects.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges that impact multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional technical efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Siemens Mendix.
- Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing and guiding teams through complex software projects.
- Ability to address quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability concerns.
- 15 years of full-time education.
