Responsibilities
- Lead Copilot and AI agent engagements from ideation through validation, deployment readiness, and production adoption.
- Deliver customized demos, whiteboarding sessions, proofs of concept, and technical decision activities.
- Design and validate secure Copilot and agent architectures covering data readiness, governance, compliance, and integration.
- Drive Copilot adoption and workload expansion across Microsoft 365 and business applications.
- Document proof-of-concept outcomes and solution assessments in technical close and consumption plans.
- Align with Customer Success to define usage intent, consumption planning, and execution milestones.
- Coordinate sales, customer success, engineering, partner, and other cross-functional teams.
- Track technical activities, blockers, milestones, and pipeline progression.
- Develop Copilot and AI expertise and share insights to improve team capability and field effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering or technical sales roles.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents, with experience winning complex technical decisions.
- Experience designing secure, scalable architectures and leading cross-functional engagements.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team learning and strategy.
- Strong influence and communication skills, including the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 4+ years of such experience, or a master's degree in one of these fields plus 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
