Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with prospects.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to technical, business, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Execute proofs of concept to validate integrations, performance, and measurable outcomes.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs and prepare technical and functional documentation with Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Market Research on target-account lists and qualification.
- Align with customers on solution architecture, data flows, and implementation strategy.
- Develop demo assets, training sessions, and knowledge resources for Sales and partner enablement.
- Provide customer, product, and competitive feedback to internal teams.
- Support events, webinars, and regional workshops as a technical expert and brand advocate.
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, CDP, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms, data architecture, APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts, large language models, predictive analytics, and data science principles.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM ecosystems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data integration, and web/mobile SDKs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
