Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales teams to identify, qualify, and shape enterprise Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI opportunities.
- Translate creative and business requirements into scalable solutions for C-level stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Design and deliver text, image, video, and multimodal AIGC solutions with brand consistency, VLM workflows, and prompt engineering or chaining.
- Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs, LoRA or adapter-based fine-tuning, ComfyUI, and custom orchestrators.
- Develop agentic workflows that interpret intent, invoke generation and analysis, coordinate multi-stage tasks, support retries, and include human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Advise customers on model selection, cost and latency optimization, IP protection, content safety, and watermarking.
- Own AIGC proofs of concept, measure outcomes, translate customer feedback into platform requirements, influence product roadmaps, and support post-sales upsell.
- Deliver GPU inference optimization and manage quality, latency, and cost trade-offs for creative workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in real-world or production environments.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers across the Middle East and Africa and United States regions.
- Turkish business proficiency for stakeholder management and communication with clients and partners in Turkey.
- Preferred: Computer Science or Engineering degree with deep expertise in diffusion models, VLMs, and prompt engineering or chaining.
- Preferred: Practical experience building agentic GenAI workflows with platforms such as n8n, including tool-calling, function execution, and stateful workflows.
- Preferred: Experience with media, entertainment, advertising, gaming, ecommerce, or social platforms.
- Preferred: Solution architecture experience for AIGC platforms, VLM-driven systems, or AI infrastructure platforms.
- Preferred: Understanding of public cloud services, GPU compute, edge delivery, and security for media pipelines.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and demonstrate strong technical and business judgment.
