Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance enterprise-scale provider applications.
- Drive technical solutions for complex business problems and ensure application stability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as a Project Owner.
- Oversee vendor and contractor teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Deliver high-impact solutions that improve provider data systems and operational efficiency.
- Manage project planning, execution tracking, and delivery when applicable.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience with Python and Google Cloud Platform.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or contributing to large-scale application development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience accepted as an alternative.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and messaging systems is preferred.
- Experience in project or program management, distributed teams, cross-functional collaboration, healthcare platforms, provider data systems, or payer environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, planning, analytical, and continuous-improvement skills are preferred.
