Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across software projects and drive quality delivery.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
- Develop and maintain test automation solutions using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and ensure product quality.
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software testing experience.
- Strong Python programming and test automation skills.
- Experience leading QA activities or serving as a project or test lead.
- Solid understanding of functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience in automotive, voice AI, or embedded software testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
