Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
- Architect scalable, high-performance planning solutions aligned with customer objectives and industry best practices.
- Design and validate multi-echelon, constrained planning, deployment, inventory optimization, sourcing prioritization, capacity planning, and scenario modeling solutions.
- Resolve challenges involving solver behavior, planning trade-offs, data quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, data mappings, and testing strategies.
- Mentor consultants and guide implementation teams across functional and solution architecture activities.
- Support integrations with ERP, APS, MES, WMS, TMS, data lakes, and cloud platforms.
- Communicate customer business cases and future enhancement needs to Product Management and Development.
- Drive customer adoption and success through advanced planning capabilities and AI-enabled implementation methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning implementations and consulting.
- Hands-on implementation experience with BY ESP, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Mandatory strong supply chain domain expertise and experience delivering complex global transformations across manufacturing and related industries.
- Strong customer-facing consulting, stakeholder management, solutioning, and solution architecture capabilities.
- Experience with Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO/IBP, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning is advantageous.
- SQL and Python experience is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain data models and cloud-native planning architectures is preferred.
- API and integration architecture knowledge and exposure to BY Platform, Data Cloud, or BYDM are preferred.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning, ML-based forecasting, Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, or GenAI implementation accelerators is preferred.
