Responsibilities
- Lead software and quality engineering initiatives for the bank.
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver successful enterprise solutions.
- Provide mentoring, code reviews, technical assistance, and strategic practice development.
- Create high-level solution architecture flows and provide estimates for large projects.
- Contribute to internal software engineering, delivery, and technology knowledge-sharing discussions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in a Technical Engineering Manager role and managing full-cycle engineering teams.
- Experience creating high-level solution architecture flows and working with BIAN architecture and microservices architecture.
- Experience with .NET Core, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, REST, GraphQL, API development, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and AWS Aurora.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools including Cline and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with mentoring, code reviews, technical blueprints, and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
