Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects independently and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
- Develop and deploy high-quality software solutions for the bank.
- Create high-level solution architecture flows and provide estimates for large projects.
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Mentor team members, provide technical assistance, review code, and create technical blueprints.
- Drive strategic software engineering practice development and contribute to internal engineering knowledge sharing.
- Advise business stakeholders and deliver accurate, timely performance insights.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant hands-on software development experience.
- Experience in a Technical Engineering Manager role and managing full-cycle engineering teams.
- Experience with BIAN architecture and microservices architecture.
- Experience with .NET Core, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, API development, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and AWS Aurora.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered engineering tools such as Cline and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with mentoring, code reviews, technical blueprints, and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
