Responsibilities
- Define and evolve technical architecture strategy, standards, patterns, and best practices for AI initiatives.
- Evaluate AI technologies, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and automation platforms for business value.
- Coordinate engineering, data, product, and delivery teams across AI workstreams and resolve technical dependencies.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, governance forums, and design decision checkpoints.
- Prototype, build, deploy, and iterate on AI agents, automations, integrations, and working proofs of concept.
- Own technical quality from solution design through production readiness and monitor scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security posture.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, responsible AI, and security standards.
- Provide technical escalation support and mentor technical teams and solution architects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture with demonstrated depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, automation platforms, or Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and platform scalability principles.
- Ability to operate as a strategic thinker and hands-on technical orchestrator across multiple teams.
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture is highly valued.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent architecture certification is preferred.
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, AI risk frameworks, mentoring architects and senior engineers, and complex multi-org or multi-cloud environments is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and agentic tool-use patterns are preferred.
- Comfort working directly in code or configuration to build and ship solutions rather than focusing only on design documentation is preferred.
