Base Salary
$150k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of backend systems for workplace products.
- Collaborate with mobile and frontend engineers to enhance product features.
- Drive technical direction and project execution.
- Architect scalable systems and design latency-sensitive applications.
- Own backend systems end-to-end and resolve cross-team issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry backend software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a backend engineer in a startup or innovative company.
- Experience in driving technical direction and leading teams.
- Deep expertise with relational databases, preferably Postgres.
- Proficiency in Python or GoLang.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
