Responsibilities
- Build and ship user-facing features and backend services for content sharing.
- Own end-to-end projects from design to launch with guidance.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve existing systems for reliability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, contributing to code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Document technical decisions and communicate clearly with teammates.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for team improvement.
- Support and mentor interns or newer engineers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in building software systems.
- Strong coding fundamentals in languages such as C++, C#, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience in frontend (e.g., React) or backend (e.g., APIs) development.
- Basic understanding of system design concepts like APIs and scalability.
- Ability to break down problems and deliver solutions autonomously.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback.
