Base Salary
$197k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Lead systematic improvements to UI development processes and architecture.
- Architect, build, and maintain the design system and component library.
- Champion best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in frontend and backend development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a proven track record.
- Expertise in modern frontend technologies and component-based UI frameworks like React.
- Expertise in an Object-Oriented Programming language such as C#, Java, or C++.
- Solid experience with backend development, including API design and microservices.
- A deep understanding of the entire application lifecycle.
- Strong design sensibility and commitment to accessible user interfaces.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with NextJS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, or managing a design system is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
