Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to implement new features and optimize existing systems.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and design technical solutions.
- Write software in languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and Golang.
- Build cloud-based services on the AWS platform for reliability and scale.
- Decide when to build from scratch versus using existing tools or external solutions.
- Implement integrations with third-party software.
- Learn new systems and APIs quickly to make informed technology decisions.
- Develop customer empathy to propose system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with strong knowledge of CS fundamentals.
- Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for observability and reliability.
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
