Base Salary
$155k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack CX, fraud, and safety tooling using AI coding tools.
- Develop internal tools for support ticketing, safety and integrity investigations, moderation, fraud detection, scam detection, identity, and compliance workflows.
- Integrate vendor platforms and APIs while ensuring accuracy and reliability for safety-critical processes.
- Own features end to end from development through deployment and use AI-facilitated QA processes to maintain quality.
- Write clean, reliable, and performant production code and follow through on production issues.
- Collaborate with teammates and a supervisor in a fast-moving engineering environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with at least one backend language such as Node.js, Go, Java, or Python, plus one frontend framework.
- Interest or experience in trust and safety, support, moderation, fraud systems, compliance, or related coursework and side projects.
- Ability to translate ambiguous or evolving safety and compliance requirements into concrete data models and systems.
- Ownership of production reliability and willingness to use AI coding agents and tools daily.
- Experience with vendor API integrations, internal tooling, data pipelines, or consumer-scale companies is preferred.
