Responsibilities
- Build backend services and APIs for the data platform and customer-facing product.
- Write data-processing pipelines that transform and validate incoming robotics datasets.
- Build workflow orchestration for systems involving real robotic hardware.
- Contribute across the full stack to the data collection application.
- Script integrations between hardware systems, cloud infrastructure, and software services.
- Work across the company and software stack on the highest-impact problems, including internal tools and hardware integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in Python and at least one other programming language.
- Ability to quickly ramp up in unfamiliar codebases, tools, and problem domains.
- Comfort operating across the software stack without requiring a narrow specialization.
- Experience building and shipping software in fast-moving environments with loosely defined roles is a potential fit indicator.
- Experience across multiple domains such as backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, or scripting is valued.
- Experience building systems that interact with physical hardware or manage compute-heavy workloads is valued.
- Prior experience with AI, robotics, or large-scale data systems is helpful.
- Comfort working in 0-to-1 environments and passion for robotics are valued.
