Base Salary
$153k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and shape the platform that runs Roblox’s agents across internal and external products at massive scale.
- Develop agentic infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and cost-effective while keeping pace with industry advances.
- Continually learn and adjust understanding of the systems being built and the capabilities of AI agents.
- Experiment with and share agentic workflows to help shape the future of work at Roblox.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience or recent graduation.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and interest in infrastructure, distributed systems, and agentic systems.
- Projects, internships, or open-source work that the candidate can discuss in depth.
- Experience building something with AI agents and the ability to explain what failed or broke.
- Ability to write production-quality code in Go, Python, Rust, or a similar language.
- Fast learning ability, curiosity, strong questioning, and initiative.
