Base Salary
$153k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across configuration, experimentation, and segmentation surfaces in backend services and the creator-hub UI.
- Own projects end-to-end from specification through launch with support from senior and principal engineers.
- Partner with product management, design, DSA/Discovery, and Data Platform teams to deliver instrumented features.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, testing, monitoring, and the team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of industry experience building software systems.
- Be comfortable moving between backend services and web frontend development with TypeScript and React.
- Take features from specification through launch with guidance from senior teammates and ensure they continue working through testing, monitoring, and follow-through.
- Demonstrate clear communication, collaboration, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
