Base Salary
$209k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain web applications with customer-domain business logic.
- Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver customer and business value.
- Lead a workstream, define technical requirements, partner with Product on requirements, and plan actionable tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide the team on frameworks, best practices, and new technologies.
- Develop clear and detailed technical documentation.
- Build and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Support healthy system operations and high availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience serving as a technical lead for a product engineering team.
- Expertise building APIs with C# and .NET.
- Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, or similar architectural patterns.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience contributing to and interpreting system design.
- A proven record of teamwork and delivery.
- Experience in fintech or financial services, including familiarity with regulatory considerations.
- Preferred: experience with KYC workflows, multiple server-side programming languages, TDD or DDD, Marten, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and systems serving millions of users.
