Responsibilities
- Deliver technical consulting to partners and customers across various industries.
- Mentor and assist in the development of internal and external technical resources.
- Evaluate client business and technology requirements to advise on best practices.
- Consult with clients to assess current problems and recommend solutions.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and delivery of Ping Identity IAM solutions.
- Install, deploy, and configure Ping Identity solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Develop materials for providing technical consulting, including best practices and guides.
- Help partners design architecture aligned with Ping best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams on escalated customer issues.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting capacity, with 2 years in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience with self-managed ForgeRock or PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and Data Stores.
- Proficiency in Java/JavaScript/Groovy, HTML/CSS for web application development.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage communications effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably reside within the East Americas region and adhere to the Eastern Timezone.
