Requirements
- Over 3 years of software development experience with a strong engineering background.
- Proficient in writing simple, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a bias for action.
- Desire to expand technical skills; experience with Ruby is a plus.
- Quick learning aptitude is essential.
