Responsibilities
- Build and deploy customer-facing Android applications for Wise’s Assets product.
- Use Kotlin and modern application architectures to create maintainable, testable software.
- Collaborate with teammates and independently solve technical and product problems.
- Prioritize work based on customer needs, user experience, and data-driven decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying an application that delights customers.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Unidirectional Data Flow, Dependency Injection, and Structured Concurrency with Kotlin Coroutines.
- Desire to write testable code and understanding of REST API design.
- Strong product mindset and passion for user experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience with declarative UI using Compose, Gradle, and GitHub Actions is preferred.
