Base Salary
$104k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advisor- and client-facing website functionality aligned with the organization’s software engineering strategy.
- Develop and support Java-based backend services, Sling Models, Servlets, APIs, and related application logic within Adobe Experience Manager.
- Troubleshoot front-end issues and customer-facing site enhancements, and diagnose defects across application, integration, data, and presentation layers.
- Contribute to engineering practices, templates, frameworks, technical documentation, data-flow modernization, and enterprise data architecture alignment.
- Improve CI/CD deployment and build processes, participate in support rotations, and assist with root-cause analysis for incidents and production issues.
- Contribute to regression testing, QA coordination, code reviews, release readiness, backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint execution.
- Provide technical expertise and coaching to teammates, participate in vendor evaluations and proofs of concept, and help remove technical roadblocks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering environments developing detailed software engineering plans from abstract concepts.
- 5+ years of experience developing on CMS platforms and 2+ years working in an Adobe Experience Manager Cloud environment.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, version and revision control, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, code reviews, and release management.
- Knowledge of systems design concepts supporting security and stability, with expertise debugging code and complex log files.
- Expertise querying databases for complex data lookup and update operations.
- Ability to operate in an agile delivery model and contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint execution.
- Preferred experience includes full-stack AEM development, Adobe Target, integrations with Snowflake, Domo, or Adobe Experience Platform, Java enterprise development, backend services, API integration, and financial services.
