Base Salary
$155k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full stack solutions for prescription decision-making.
- Architect and deliver complex greenfield projects for providers and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on planning and execution.
- Maintain and evolve backend systems for internal clinical and operational teams.
- Integrate with electronic health records (EHRs) and external partner APIs.
- Contribute to platform and infrastructure efforts with AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
- Ensure system interoperability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience or equivalent education.
- Strong experience in building and scaling full stack applications.
- Experience designing distributed systems and integrating with external APIs.
- Proficiency in backend languages/frameworks like Kotlin/Spring or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), Docker, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and service-oriented architecture.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Increasing familiarity with AI models and tools.
