Base Salary
$165k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Finalize technology stacks for initiatives across Genpact’s IT ecosystem.
- Act as the architecture point of contact and liaise with infrastructure, information security, data privacy, and delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture blueprints and define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines.
- Lead technical design discussions, guide development teams, and conduct architecture reviews.
- Ensure compliance with architecture principles, design patterns, standards, and guidelines throughout application development lifecycles.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend integrations with existing systems.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification.
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer 1 certification.
- Experience or knowledge in Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Modeling, Customer Contracts, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Office 365 Deployment, Oracle, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, Salesforce, SAP Overview, Storytelling, VMware AirWatch, and Workday.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
