Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical architectures for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with business applications using various technologies and platforms.
- Review development-team technical deliverables and provide feedback and guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document technical designs, architectures, changes, and enhancements.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and architects.
- Support customers in achieving their goals and completing digital transformation initiatives.
- Own the overall technical solution and relationships with customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- Consulting experience delivering CRM projects across industries and domains.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
- Experience with .NET C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and customer-interaction skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team and demonstrate proactive learning and knowledge sharing.
