Base Salary
$85k - $101k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet user requirements and perform efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Design next-generation cryptographic products as part of a cross-functional team.
- Lead the software development process and provide technical leadership to team members.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field plus at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Rust and C/C++.
- Experience developing software on embedded platforms.
- Ability to apply technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges creatively.
- Willingness to champion technology trends, new ideas, and process improvements.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supporting the development of others.
