Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated web, API, and integration test scripts across Vision Suite modules.
- Execute and maintain regression automation suites to improve test coverage reliability and scalability.
- Define test strategies and acceptance criteria with development, product, and QA teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis with engineering teams.
- Use AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Maintain test data, environments, and automation frameworks aligned with production configurations.
- Document automation frameworks, test cases, and testing processes, and mentor junior QA team members when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of Quality Assurance experience with a strong focus on test automation.
- Hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks end to end using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience testing enterprise or SaaS applications; ERP experience is a strong asset.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or Swagger and with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and the ability to design scalable, maintainable automation architectures.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include ISTQB certification, Agile or Scrum certification, AI-assisted testing exposure, retail or ERP experience, cloud and microservices exposure, and performance testing experience with JMeter or K6.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and security and use AI tools responsibly under company policies.
