Base Salary
$240k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities.
- Prototype and productionize recommendations, natural language interfaces, agentic workflows, and other AI systems.
- Develop and scale AI/ML infrastructure for internal tooling and customer-facing features.
- Address novel user experience problems at the intersection of AI, business intelligence, and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI.
- Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data curation, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Track record of shipping complex systems such as recommendations, search, or machine translation.
- Experience adapting or training language or multimodal foundation models for novel domains.
- Experience building agents that can plan, reason, and use tools is a bonus.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud infrastructure is a bonus.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth environment is a bonus.
