Responsibilities

Define and evolve Ekahau’s multi-year architectural roadmap in alignment with business goals and long-term vision.
Run architectural governance and reviews to maintain consistent technical standards across engineering teams.
Architect complex, high-availability services and establish company-wide standards for technical excellence and systemic reliability.
Bridge engineering teams and product stakeholders by connecting business strategy with technical execution.
Mentor senior engineers and architects while elevating technical standards.
Identify system-wide risks and establish proactive practices to prevent technical debt and systemic failures.

10+ years of relevant software development experience.
Extensive experience architecting full-stack SaaS applications.
Expert-level fluency in Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and the AWS ecosystem.
Deep understanding of service-oriented and layered architectures, including evaluating and adopting technologies based on business needs.
Hands-on, collaborative technical leadership and the ability to communicate technical plans and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural integrity.
