Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Utilities WACS and Oracle Field Service.
- Configure and customize Oracle Integration Cloud integration flows.
- Implement work activity lifecycle integrations, including creation, updates, cancellation, completion, and interim status updates.
- Map WACS work orders to Oracle Field Service activities and support activity, inventory, asset, and resource usage mappings.
- Configure inbound and outbound web services, REST and SOAP APIs, and message queues.
- Support field work functions including asset installation and removal, resource usage, timesheets, measurements, and service histories.
- Troubleshoot integration errors and logs.
- Prepare technical design, mapping, and deployment documents.
- Coordinate with functional, middleware, and field service teams during implementation and support.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities, including WACS and Oracle Field Service integrations.
- Strong experience with Oracle Utilities WACS/WAM and hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services and integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities data models and work management processes.
- Experience with XSLT mappings and integration customizations.
- Understanding of activity lifecycle and field workforce management.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues and analyzing logs.
- Experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B and C2M integrations.
- Knowledge of GIS, ERP SCM, or Asset Management integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities integration accelerators and deployment and migration activities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
