Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered internal systems for functions across Suno.
- Own the production infrastructure supporting those systems, including reliability, observability, and extensibility.
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand workflows, identify problems, and prioritize solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to expand AI-enabled tooling and use the company’s broader AI infrastructure.
- Establish the engineering foundation and operational patterns for a growing internal systems function.
- Help non-engineering teams improve their speed and capabilities through internal software.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping internal tooling or systems that support business functions.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping software with LLMs, AI APIs, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-engineering partners and translate between technical and business contexts.
- Experience on a platform, developer experience, or enterprise engineering team is preferred.
- Familiarity with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.
- Experience establishing observability and operational practices for internal systems is preferred.
- Comfort working in an early-stage 0→1 environment is preferred.
