Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered internal systems for various functions.
- Own the infrastructure that ensures system reliability and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand workflows and prioritize solutions.
- Work with engineering teams to enhance AI-enabled tooling.
- Help non-engineering teams improve efficiency and capabilities.
- Establish engineering foundations for a growing function.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping internal tooling or systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like LLMs and AI APIs.
- Strong communication skills to work with non-engineering partners.
- Experience in a platform or enterprise engineering team is a plus.
- Familiarity with support tooling or workflow automation platforms is desirable.
