Responsibilities
- Design and operate a multi-tenant production data platform with reusable data models, access controls, and performant queries.
- Build data cleaning, reconciliation, calculation, and analytical foundations for spend analysis, supplier comparisons, benchmarks, and simulations.
- Develop repeatable ERP integrations and synchronization patterns with customer IT teams.
- Own production data ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery.
- Create tools and workflows for data onboarding, troubleshooting, and analytical feature development.
- Experiment with AI development tools and automate repetitive engineering work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building production data systems with ownership of architecture and implementation.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Practical experience designing multi-tenant systems with data isolation and access controls.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERPs and working directly with customer IT teams.
- Experience owning ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery in production.
- Experience in data-intensive B2B SaaS or fintech is useful but not required.
- Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
