Responsibilities
- Design, build, enhance, and support Power Apps solutions for HR and employee-facing processes.
- Develop complex Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, routing, document management, and process automation.
- Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, forms, permissions, modern pages, and information architecture.
- Develop and support SPFx applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and SharePoint Framework.
- Configure and administer Qualtrics 360 surveys, including launches, nominations, reminders, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Provide production support, investigate application and workflow issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Apply governance, security, access control, documentation, audit readiness, change control, and operational support standards.
- Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, communicate project status and risks, and partner with global HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in regulated environments with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of permissions, role-based access, environment strategy, operational controls, and application governance.
- Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 connectors and APIs; custom connector experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions independently in a small, fast-paced team.
- Preferred experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, Qualtrics 360 or similar platforms, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, REST APIs, automation scripting, HR technology, UI/UX, access governance, Power Platform ALM, deployment practices, and environment management.
