Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for Generative AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, agents, and automation.
- Translate client business requirements into AI solution proposals and technical architectures.
- Prepare architecture diagrams and conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Define and oversee implementation of RAG pipelines, vector search, intelligent systems, agents, and LLM integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams during delivery.
- Apply best practices for AI system design, governance, monitoring, lifecycle management, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, solutions architecture, or senior engineering, or at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic architectures.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of API design, system integration, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with ML/AIOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Experience in IT pre-sales, consulting, or client-facing solution design is advantageous.
- Familiarity with agent-based systems, AI orchestration frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, scalable deployment patterns, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles is advantageous.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences are advantageous.
