Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end carrier and customer integration delivery from technical review through testing and go-live.
- Configure, validate, troubleshoot, and improve API, EDI, and flat-file integrations.
- Investigate data, mapping, and tracking issues, identify root causes, and drive durable fixes.
- Manage multiple integrations and support tickets in parallel while meeting SLA expectations.
- Ensure integrations meet quality, performance, and data standards before production release.
- Document solutions, edge cases, best practices, templates, prompts, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to support delivery and integration readiness.
- Contribute prototypes and ideas for automation and AI-enabled integration workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, data-mapping, validation, and testing skills.
- Ability to work in ticket-based environments with SLAs, ambiguity, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Postman, JSON/XML, SQL, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Observe/Kibana, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with multiple transport modes and exposure to iPaaS or workflow automation tools are desirable.
- Additional languages are a nice-to-have.
