Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support telecom solution design, integration, validation, testing, and acceptance activities.
- Review HLD, LLD, test strategies, ATPs, MOPs, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and progress monitoring.
- Provide project status updates and technical reports.
- Support customer-facing technical discussions and activities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Care, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience with telecom software solutions, integration, or system engineering.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and databases including MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, or Aerospike.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, and SNMP.
- Experience integrating applications in complex or multi-domain environments.
- Familiarity with VNF/CNF architectures, cloud technologies, OpenStack, or VMware.
- Understanding of HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, IMS, VoLTE, mobile network integration, OSS/BSS ecosystems, and telecom service architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with payment systems and Project Management or Agile methodologies is desirable.
