Responsibilities
- Advise customers on complex machine learning challenges and guide them through Google Cloud implementations.
- Coach customers on feature extraction, feature definition, data validation, monitoring, and management of features and models.
- Deliver tailored machine learning solutions into production with customers, partners, and Google Product teams.
- Provide architecture guidance, best practices, data migration, capacity planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and monitoring support.
- Create tutorials, blog articles, best-practice recommendations, and sample code.
- Travel up to 30% in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building machine learning solutions and working with technical customers.
- Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects through completion.
- Experience coding in one or more general-purpose languages, including Python, Java, Go, C, or C++.
- Preferred experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.
- Preferred experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Knowledge of data warehousing architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting or analytics tools and environments.
- Understanding of practical production machine learning concerns.
