Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders to co-own a territory, accelerate technical validation, drive Google Cloud platform adoption, and support annual attainment goals.
- Develop technical account plans and strategies, support pricing activities, and transition delivery plans to implementation teams.
- Architect cross-pillar Google Cloud solutions focused on Agentic AI and application modernization.
- Lead technical wins, define delivery plans, and support customers and cross-functional teams through migration, implementation, and delivery phases.
- Prototype multi-agent systems and AI-augmented SDLC tools to solve complex customer problems.
- Present solutions to technical and business stakeholders, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and conduct proofs of concept and demos.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Four years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role and with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role.
- Experience with Cloud Migration Discovery and planning and Generative AI agents.
- Fluent Polish communication skills to support clients in the region.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, Cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems in production environments.
- Preferred experience with application modernization or implementing modern, AI-augmented SDLC workflows.
Benefits
- Poland base pay of zł260000–zł266000 PLN, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
