Responsibilities
- Lead API solution design for customer implementations and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant architectures.
- Create Implementation Design Documents covering system architecture, API flows, data mappings, dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
- Provide customers with hands-on technical guidance and troubleshoot project44 APIs, products, and integrations.
- Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing, go-live readiness, cutover planning, validation, and post-deployment checks.
- Provide hypercare support, monitor integrations, resolve issues, and ensure customer stability and satisfaction after launch.
- Act as the technical liaison between customer technical teams and internal Engineering, Product, Technical Support, Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success stakeholders.
- Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, deliverables, tasks, and issues using internal systems and time-tracking tools.
- Lead technical kickoffs, API deep dives, status meetings, test-plan and training input, and post-implementation transition activities.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, reusable solution patterns, technical discovery, feasibility assessments, and implementation estimates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in customer integrations, technical implementations, software or SaaS delivery, or supply chain, transportation, or logistics technology integrations.
- Proven experience working with API and delivery tools such as Postman, Observe, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Strong ability to identify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while balancing multiple customers, priorities, and timelines.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus.
- Experience integrating with or supporting TMS and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and on-site activities.
