Responsibilities
- Lead API solution design for customer implementations and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical architectures.
- Create Implementation Design Documents covering system architecture, API flows, data mappings, dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting, and customer liaison support throughout implementation projects.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Technical Support to resolve blockers and inform product improvements.
- Coordinate system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including input on test plans and training.
- Lead technical go-live readiness, cutover planning, validation, post-deployment checks, and post-launch hypercare.
- Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, deliverables, tasks, and issues using internal project and time-tracking systems.
- Support pre-sales and discovery activities with technical input, feasibility assessments, and implementation estimates.
- Lead technical kickoffs, API deep dives, weekly customer status meetings, and post-implementation transition to Customer Success.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and reusable implementation solution patterns.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in customer integrations, technical implementations, software or SaaS delivery, or supply chain, transportation, or logistics technology integrations.
- Experience working with APIs and delivery tools such as Postman, Observe, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
- Strong ability to identify, assess, and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally while balancing multiple customers, priorities, and timelines.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Spanish and/or Italian language skills are a strong plus.
- Experience integrating with or supporting TMS and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and on-site activities.
Benefits
- Base salary range of 196,000 PLN to 284,000 PLN.
- Stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, with bonus or commission eligibility depending on role.

- Expected to work in the office four days per week.
- Occasional travel may be required for customer engagements and on-site activities.
