Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale payment gateway applications.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions using Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to full-stack functionality using React, Angular, Vue, or similar front-end technologies.
- Create and maintain unit, functional, and integration tests.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical leadership, design guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex application and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Design and maintain observability solutions using Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, automation, and operational readiness.
- Drive CI/CD and automation improvements using Jenkins, Artifactory, and related tools.
- Support applications deployed in public and private cloud environments, including PCF and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, business, and global stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting large-scale, distributed software applications.
- Advanced Java experience, preferably Java 17+, with strong Spring Framework and Spring Boot expertise.
- Experience with software design, architecture, secure coding, unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools, including Jenkins and Artifactory.
- Experience working in public or private cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PCF, AWS, Azure, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Habitat, Grafana, Python, or Bash.
- Preferred knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and PCI DSS.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
