Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Build advanced Service Catalog offerings, scoped applications, business rules, script includes, UI actions, workflows, portals, widgets, mobile applications, and Virtual Agent solutions.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP services, IntegrationHub, middleware, ETL processes, LDAP, SSO, CMDB, monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Optimize ITSM processes, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, automation, predictive intelligence, machine learning, auto-remediation, and self-healing capabilities.
- Create ITSM reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics content, executive metrics, and compliance reporting.
- Manage update sets, deployments, source control, instance security, platform performance, upgrades, disaster recovery, backups, technical debt, and platform health.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API specifications, runbooks, knowledge-base content, training sessions, and video tutorials.
- Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into technical solutions, present to executives, provide estimates, evaluate vendors, and participate in client discussions and demos.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, establish development standards, lead team ceremonies, and participate in hiring and interviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM certification is required.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience configuring ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Experience with Service Catalog development and configuration, Flow Designer, SLA management, notifications, email templates, UI policies, data policies, ACLs, REST/SOAP integrations, reporting, and Performance Analytics.
- Basic JavaScript experience for business rules and client scripts.
- Minimum Secret clearance required to start.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals, ITSM applications, ITIL processes, and best practices.
