Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems and workflows into AI solution designs, delivery plans, requirements, architectures, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
- Build, configure, test, and launch internal AI solutions, including agents, automations, workflows, reusable components, prompts, skills, and knowledge structures.
- Evaluate whether requests should be addressed through platform configuration, agents, workflow automation, lightweight applications, integrations, purchasing, or no build.
- Own post-launch solution quality, reliability, user feedback, adoption, cost, monitoring, issue management, human review, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with IT, Enterprise Systems, Security, and other technical teams on identity, permissions, data access, supportability, production readiness, and integrations.
- Manage the AI intake queue, delivery roadmap, stakeholder communications, technical reviews, dependencies, and portfolio prioritization.
- Evaluate AI models, platforms, architectures, usage, latency, quality, cost, and business value, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Support AI governance, data handling, access controls, auditability, quality gates, policy development, and responsible ownership standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, agents, automations, or internal tools used by real business teams.
- Strong solution architecture judgment and the ability to turn unclear business problems into practical technical designs and working solutions.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable tools.
- Experience building and configuring AI solutions with system instructions, knowledge sources, tool use, workflow logic, structured outputs, and human review.
- Experience taking prototypes beyond demonstrations through testing, permissions, documentation, monitoring, support planning, and iterative improvement.
- Working knowledge of APIs, MCP, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns sufficient to evaluate and guide their use.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure environments.
- Ability to explain technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs to non-technical business leaders.
- Strong prioritization and delivery management skills, including ownership of an AI intake queue and roadmap.
- Preferred experience delivering internal AI solutions across multiple corporate functions in SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience partnering with IT, Enterprise Systems, Security, Legal, or enterprise architecture teams.
- Preferred familiarity with AI governance, data classification, access controls, audit requirements, adoption measurement, productivity impact, solution quality, and post-launch cost measurement.
- Candidates must be prepared to discuss two AI solutions they personally designed and delivered, including the business problem, approach, implementation, testing, launch results, and improvements.
