Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on the core AI agents powering Sazabi.
- Design systems for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated debugging.
- Develop prompt engineering, tool-use, and agent-orchestration workflows.
- Improve the reliability, latency, and correctness of AI-driven workflows.
- Experiment with new models, frameworks, and techniques.
- Translate real-world production issues into structured AI workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with LLMs in production, including agents, RAG, or tool use.
- Strong engineering fundamentals beyond prompt hacking.
- Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on real-world feedback.
- Deep curiosity about AI system failures and how to fix them.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
- Experience with observability, debugging systems, or developer tools is a bonus.
