Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable generative AI services and applications using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency APIs and microservices integrating AI models and agentic workflows.
- Own system design and architecture for core platform components from proposal through production deployment.
- Implement and maintain user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with DevOps teams on continuous deployment, logging, and monitoring systems for distributed workloads.
- Communicate plans and technical changes, proactively solve complex problems, and mentor other engineers.
- Deliver resilient, high-quality code with accountability from conception through production.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong production Python development.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI applications using LLMs, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector, and open-source agentic frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, and AI developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and technologies including IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, enterprise administration, or billing systems.
- Strong security, system design, collaboration, communication, ownership, and mentoring capabilities.
