Responsibilities
- Build greenfield software projects using current AI technologies.
- Develop AI agents for Production Management stakeholders.
- Work with LLM APIs and perform prompt engineering, including prompt design, iteration, and evaluation.
- Collaborate within a global on-/near-/off-shore matrix environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience, ideally using Python.
- Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including work with LLM APIs.
- Demonstrable prompt-engineering expertise covering prompt design, iteration, and evaluation.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills, frameworks, and paradigms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical subject is desirable.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global environment with matrix reporting structures.
